In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Tellez, case No. 1–10–1272 (09/06/11). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Edwards, 2012 IL 111711, 360 Ill.Dec. 784, 969 N.E.2d 829, to determine if a different result is warranted.
