Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Brian Tchiyuka sworn to November 30, 2016, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 21, 2016 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 21, 2016 and inserting in place thereof the date January 13, 2017.
