OPINION
THE COURT
On November 1, 1999, in Kings County Superior Court case No. H992170 appellant, Jason Scott Taylor, was placed on three years probation on his conviction for driving with a suspended license with a prior conviction (Veh. Code, § 14601, subd. (a)). On October 8, 2002, Taylor pled guilty in case No. 02-CM-3772 to possession of stolen property (Pen. Code, § 496, subd. (a)) and admitted that he violated his probation in case No. H992170. On November 6, 2002, the court sentenced appellant to the upper term of three years on his possession of stolen property conviction and a concurrent one-year term for his driving with a suspended license conviction.
Taylors appellate counsel has filed a brief which summarizes the facts, with citations to the record, raises no issues, and asks this court to independently review the record. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.) Taylor has not responded to this courts invitation to submit additional briefing.
Following independent review of the record we find that no reasonably arguable factual or legal issues exist.
The judgment is affirmed. --------------- Notes: Before Levy, Acting P.J., Gomes, J., and Dawson, J.
