Opinion

2d Crim. No. B191614

12-11-2006

THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. DIEDRA LYNNE TAYLOR, Defendant and Appellant.

Richard B. Lennon, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant. No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.

Diedra Lynne Taylor appeals from the judgment following her guilty plea to possession with intent to sell cocaine and methamphetamine. (Health & Saf. Code, §§ 11351, 11378.) Imposition of sentence was suspended, and Taylor was placed on probation with various terms and conditions, including that she serve 270 days in jail.

We appointed counsel to represent Taylor in this appeal. After counsels examination of the record, he filed an opening brief in which no issues were raised.

On September 27, 2006, we advised Taylor that she had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues she wished us to consider. She did not respond.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Taylors attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.
