MOTION DECISION
JERRY GARGUILO, P.J. ELIZABETH H. EMERSON TIMOTHY S. DRISCOLL, JJ.
DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered September 27, 2017. That determination has now been received.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that appellant may, within 21 days from the date of this decision and order on motion, serve and file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues concerning which the appeal was held in abeyance; and it is further, ORDERED that respondent may, within 14 days after appellant's supplemental brief is served upon him, file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues concerning which the appeal was held in abeyance.
