THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. STEPHEN D. TAYLOR, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgment of Monroe County Court, rendered May 19, 2011 and the order of Monroe County Court, entered January 5, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Bridget L. Field, Esq. dated April 14, 2016, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgment rendered May 19, 2011 and the order entered January 5, 2015, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
