ORDER

To the extent defendant seeks leave to appeal the February 22, 2022 order denying the motion in limine to prohibit use of certain evidence, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the need for immediate appellate review. To the extent defendant seeks leave to appeal the February 22, 2022 order denying defendant's motion to quash the information, the application is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. See People v Yost, 468 Mich. 122, 124 n 2; 659 N.W.2d 604 (2003).
