DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve said brief is extended to January 14, 2019. It is noted that no further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
