Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeals taken from judgments of the Supreme Court, Erie County, rendered August 13, 2014, on the ground that appellant has failed to perfect timely the appeals,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking to dismiss said appeals is granted.
