The request for consideration of an additional issue is granted. Defendant Tabron's petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Four, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of Senate Bill No. 136 (Stats. 2019, ch. 590). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).) The petitions for review of defendants Castro and Silva are denied.
