Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Livingston County Court, rendered January 21, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Steven D. Sessler, Esq. sworn to October 20, 2016, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered January 21, 2016 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
