CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT, § 6intimidation, sufficiency of evidence. Conviction of intimidation would not be reversed, where driver of cleaning and pressing truck was forced to stop at the edge of the road by president of a labor union, who threatened the driver if he came back to a certain city to pick up any more garments, and who ruined the garments in the truck by throwing and on them.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1939.
