ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is GRANTED until February 14, 2023. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if the appellant's brief is not filed in accordance with this order.
