PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Chautauqua County Court, rendered July 6, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to March 27, 2017 [sic], the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 4, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 3, 2017 and inserting in place thereof the date September 18, 2017.
