Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent James F. Strothman, attorney registration number 24048, from the practice of law in the State of Colorado, effective July 8, 2004, for a period of three years. Respondent pled guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States and other defenses in several immigration matters. Respondent's conduct violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b) and (c) with grounds for discipline under C.R.C.P. 251.5 and 251.20. Respondent was ordered to pay the costs incurred in this proceeding.
