The Court orders that in lieu of granting the application for leave to appeal, MCR 7.205(E), this case is REMANDED to the trial court for entry of a corrected judgment of sentence including 134 days of jail credit pursuant to MCL 769.11b to include the jail credit that should have begun from June 25, 2020, the date bond was set. MCL 769.11b. In all other respects the application is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.
Swartzle, J., would have granted leave to appeal as to Issue I in the application for leave to appeal.
