DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to file and serve brief of respondent.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve respondent's brief is extended to September 21, 2017. It is noted that no further extension of time will be granted absent an unanticipated excuse for the delay.
