ORDER

Jane M. Beckering, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The "motion for an extraordinary extension of eight days to file concurrently filed brief on appeal and motion to remand" is DENIED without prejudice to appellant filing a motion for oral argument after a case call panel is assigned to the appeal. Appellant's brief and motion to remand, which were received on September 8, 2021, are accepted for filing but are considered as untimely filed.
