Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County (John Carter, J.), rendered September 7, 2004. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of petit larceny.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.

PRESENT: GOLIA, J.P., RIOS and BELEN, JJ


We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues that could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v. California, 386 US 738; People v. Paige, 54 AD2d 631).
