Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent Mark A. Stanard, attorney registration number 11783, from the practice of law effective, December 10, 2004, for a period of one year, eleven months stayed upon successful completion of a two-year period of probation. Respondent, who was extremely intoxicated, was involved in a serious physical altercation with a friend, who was badly injured in the incident. Respondent pled guilty to third-degree assault. His conduct violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b). He was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding and comply with other conditions.
