DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Ind. No. 2012- 0039)

Application to relieve assigned counsel and to assign new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, and Samuel D. Castellino, Esq., P.O. Box 438, Big Flats, NY 14814-0438, 607-731-1436, is relieved from any further obligation to represent appellant, and it is further

ORDERED that Aaron A. Louridas, Esq., 25 Egmont Court, Delmar, NY 12054, 518-598-7695, is assigned to represent appellant pursuant to County Law section 722 and in accordance with section 821.2 (b) of this Court's Rules of Practice, and Samuel D. Castellino, Esq., shall forward the necessary minutes and other papers or documents to Aaron A. Louridas, Esq., within ten (10) days of the date of this decision.
