Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Cayuga County Court, rendered October 13, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Ryan James Muldoon, Esq. sworn to December 16, 2016, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered October 13, 2016 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
