On the Court's own motion, it isORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court, dated August 19, 2011, as granted the appellant pro se leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered July 21, 2010, is recalled and vacated.
The appellant has failed to file a supplemental pro se brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
