Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered April 18, 2018 and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects denied.

Memorandum: Defendant's pro se supplemental brief is required to be filed and served no later than 45 days after the mailing to defendant of a copy of the brief filed by his assigned counsel (see 22 NYCRR § 1250. 11 [g] [2]). Defendant may move for an extension of time to file and serve his pro se supplemental brief pursuant to 22 NYCRR § 1000.11 (c).
