DECISION ORDER

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from two amended sentences of the County Court, Orange County (Pano Z. Patsalos, J.), both imposed October 7, 1996, on the ground that the amended sentences are excessive.

ORDERED that the amended sentences are affirmed. No opinion.
