An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about June 23, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And Respondent having moved for an order granting leave to supplement the Record on Appeal to include certain documents annexed as Exhibits A and E, to the Notice of Motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted.
