People v. Snyder

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Apr 14, 1993
192 A.D.2d 1080 (N.Y. App. Div. 1993)

Opinion

April 14, 1993

Appeal from the Jefferson County Court, Clary, J.

Present — Green, J.P., Fallon, Boomer, Davis and Boehm, JJ.

Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: We reject defendant's contentions that the evidence was insufficient to convict defendant and that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490). Further, defendant failed to preserve for appellate review his contention that the verdict was repugnant.
