Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of Cattaraugus County Court rendered December 20, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jay D. Carr, Esq. sworn to April 23, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals from the judgments rendered December 20, 2011 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
