ORDER
On reconsideration pursuant to the February 3, 2023 order of the Michigan Supreme Court, we VACATE the March 3, 2022 order of this Court to the extent that it denied the delayed application for leave to appeal on the basis of MCR 6.502(G).
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court committed an error requiring reversal in denying the motion for relief from judgment. See People v Powell, 303 Mich.App. 271, 279 n 1; 842 N.W.2d 538 (2013).
