PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Ikeie Ranordo SMITH, Defendant-Appellant.


Order

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the August 18, 2022 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion of retained counsel to withdraw from representing the defendant-appellant is GRANTED and the motions for the appointment of counsel and for peremptory reversal are DENIED.
