Defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to file a notice of appeal from a SORA order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, (Raymond Bruce, J.), entered on or about August 13, 2021, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, for the assignment of counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon defendant's submission of proof of a timely filed notice of appeal from the aforesaid August 13, 2021 SORA order (See Correction Law 168-N [3] and CPLR 5513 [a]).
