PEOPLE v. SMITH
The petition for review is granted, and the matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, with directions to vacate its decision and to reconsider the cause in light of People v. Grimes (2016) 1 Cal.5th 698, 207 Cal.Rptr.3d 1, 378 P.3d 320.
