Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 11, 1991
170 A.D.2d 548 (N.Y. App. Div. 1991)

Opinion

February 11, 1991

Appeal from the County Court, Orange County (Pano Z. Patsalos, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Thompson, J.P., Brown, Balletta, Miller and O'Brien, JJ., concur.
