BETTING AND GAMING, § 6 — pinball machine, sufficiency of evidence to warrant destruction. In proceeding for the destruction of a pinball machine, where there was no evidence how the operator could win, nor did it appear that anyone could win or lose anything, order directing machine to be destroyed would be reversed.
