The People, etc., appellant, v. Shailiesh Singh, Jondale Willis, and Shamon Brown, respondents.


ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent Shamon Brown pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 17, 2010. Separate application by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application of the respondent Shamon Brown is granted and the time of the respondent Shamon Brown to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 26, 2011, and the brief of the respondent Shamon Brown shall be shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is denied as premature.
