Defendant, pro se, having moved for poor person relief and assignment of counsel to "adopt" his prior motion to reargue this Court's affirmance of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about November 30, 1998, indictment number 603/96 (M-2976), and application for a writ of error coram nobis with respect to a judgment of the same court, rendered on or about March 2, 1998, indictment number 8180/95 (M-2977), both applications having previously been denied by this Court by orders entered February 25, 2000 (M-2839, M-6081),

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motions are denied in their entirety. ENTERED: December 01, 2020
