The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Michael Simmons, Defendant-Appellant.


Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 4, 2015, and to continue the bail relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, entered on March 3, 2015 (M-902), and continued by an order of this Court, entered on June 22, 2018 (M-3157), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the January 2019 Term, continuing the previous bail relief on all the original conditions set forth in the order entered March 3, 2015 (M-902), and on the further condition that the appeal is perfected on or before November 5, 2018 for the January 2019 Term.
