DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and to compel production of transcripts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to compel is granted to the extent that Melvyn Tapper is directed to produce and file a stenographic transcript of the minutes of the December 3, 2010 court appearance or a written statement that no minutes were taken by him on such date on or before July 8, 2013, and Cathy Ann Lee Nilsson is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the February 22, 2011, February 23, 2011 and February 25, 2011 court appearances or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such dates on or before July 8, 2013, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the time is extended to August 21, 2013.
