CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, § 853 — allowance of filing of supplemental record. On error proceedings prosecuted by defendant on common-law record, Appellate Court was not precluded from allowing supplemental record to be filed by the People and from considering that record by fact that certificate of clerk of criminal court attached to original certificate recited that clerk certified that original certificate was a true and complete copy of common-law record, where sole purpose of supplemental record was to enable the People to show by clerk's certificate that he had omitted from original certificate important orders entered by criminal court.
