October 26, 2010.

Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Jeffrey C. Shaw (Attorney Registration No. 28827) from the practice of law for a period of six months, all but sixty days stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation with conditions, effective November 26, 2010. Respondent knowingly failed to perform services for two clients and dishonestly represented the status of their cases. Both clients lost their ability to proceed with their cases due to the statute of limitations. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4, 1.5(c), and 8.4(c).
