ORDER

The Court orders that in lieu of granting leave to appeal as to Issue I in the application for leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the trial court to correct the presentence investigation report (PSIR) to indicate that defendant has completed the IGNITE program and has earned a high school diploma in addition to obtaining a GED. MCR 7.205(E)(2). The trial court shall send a copy of the corrected PSIR to the Department of Corrections. In all other respects the application is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
