Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Shahryar S. Shahmardian (Attorney Registration No. 24370) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, effective August 27, 2009. Respondent knowingly continued to practice law while under administrative suspension for failure to complete CLE requirements. He represented twenty-four immigration clients during his period of suspension and made false statements with regard to his standing with the Colorado Supreme Court. Respondent's misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 3.3(a)(1), 8.4(c), 5.5(a), and 8.4(c).
