Application by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to set bail after his convictions of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, menacing in the second degree, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict. On March 22, 2024, the Supreme Court, Queens County, remanded the defendant pending the imposition of sentence.
