Judgment of the County Court of Kings County convicting the defendant of the crime of carnal abuse of a child and sentencing him to a term of imprisonment in Sing Sing Prison of from five to ten years unanimously affirmed. The appeal, insofar as it seeks review of the order denying defendant's motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial, is dismissed. No opinion.
