The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Four, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Strong(2022) 13 Cal.5th 698 and People v. Lewis (2021) 11 Cal.5th 952. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
