Order of this court entered on July 3, 1962 amended by striking the designation of Martin S. Friedman, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal and by substituting therefor Joseph S. Lobenthal, Esq., of 150 Nassau St., New York, N.Y., as such counsel.
