Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to move for leave to appeal from an order of the Niagara County Court, dated August 11, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Zeddy Sealey dated September 20, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Clerk is directed to accept the CPL 460.15 motion and copy of said motion submitted on September 24, 2014 for filing.
