Application by respondent pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 380.55 (2) on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Elmsford, Westchester County, entered February 14, 2024, for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.

Upon the affirmed representation of David Channing, Esq. that the respondent continues to be eligible for assignment of counsel, it is

ORDERED that, pursuant to County Law § 722, Martin Goldberg, Esq. is assigned as counsel to represent respondent on the appeal.
