APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of San Diego County, Super. Ct. No. SCD210972, Stephanie Sontag, Judge.
McDONALD, J.
Jesse Scott entered a guilty plea to nine counts of lewd conduct with a child under 14 years of age (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (a)) and two counts of lewd conduct with a child 14 or 15 years of age (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (c)(1)), and stipulated to a prison term of 22 years. After dismissing the remaining 42 counts in the complaint, as amended, the trial court sentenced Scott to 22 years in prison.
FACTS
Over a period of years Scott committed lewd acts with both Krista and Molly when each was under 14 years of age. He also committed lewd acts with Elizabeth when she was 15 years of age.
DISCUSSION
Appointed appellate counsel has filed a brief summarizing the facts and proceedings below. Counsel presents no argument for reversal, but asks this court to review the record for error as mandated by People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. Counsel has not referred to any possible, but not arguable, issues pursuant to Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738.
We granted Scott permission to file a brief on his own behalf. He has not responded.
A review of the record pursuant to People v. Wende, supra, 25 Cal.3d 436, and Anders v. California, supra, 386 U.S. 738, has disclosed no reasonably arguable appellate issue. Scott has been adequately represented by counsel on this appeal.
DISPOSITION
The judgment is affirmed.
