NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 31, 2012, be modified as follows: On page 15, the fourth sentence of the first paragraph is removed and replaced with the following sentence, "The evidence here does not establish that an admonition would have been insufficient to remedy any misconduct."

There is no change in the judgment.

Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
